There are 2 major reasons; (1) The exceptionally good progress we are making in the Central America/Caribbean region that makes us dedicating more resources toward this area, there is a old saying, you always go where you can see where the money is (2) More and more corruptions in China makes us believe this might not be the right time to go into the country, because people in China are short sighted and only interested in what they can make today, not 2 years from now.
