<p>Over 200,000 visitors arrive into the Liberia International Airport yearly from the United States and Europe, to visit various vacation spots in the Northern and Western regions of Costa Rica which consist of some of the best gems of the country. Roughly 50% of these visitors arrive into the country with no prior accommodation arrangements. As a result, the official <a title="Guanacaste Tourist Chamber" href="http://www.caturgua.org" target="_blank">Guanacaste Tourism Chamber</a> information booth located at the luggage pick-up area in the arrival hall of the airport is always flooded with visitors requesting for local <a title="Costa Rica Hotels" href="http://www.hotelpure.com/costaricahotels.php" target="_blank">Costa Rica hotels</a> information upon their arrival. Traditionally in the past, the representatives will give out pamphlets of hotels to these visitors. The visitors will then make their ways to the hotels via local taxis.</p>
<p>With the consummating of this Service Contract, Oriens will install its FROL booking engine into the information booth at the airport allowing representatives at the booth to instantly execute real-time bookings into hotels requested by the visitors. Both the Tourism Chamber of Guanacaste and Oriens believe this initiation will greatly assist the visitors arriving into the airport with all their hotel accommodation and transfer needs. The Service Contract will yield a fee for service basis generating Oriens a transaction fee for every successful booking made through the FROL booking engine at the booth. Oriens projects sales revenue in excess of $3,000,000 yearly to be processed from the booth.</p>

<p>Recent research showed that people around the world are becoming more aware of their living environment and their surrounding air quality. No longer can people take it for granted that we can pollute the world in any which way desire without any subsequent environmental consequences. Hotel PURE has recently been approached by a number of <a title="Hotels in Costa Rica" href="http://www.hotelpure.com/costaricahotels.htm" target="_self">hotels in Costa Rica</a> and <a title="Hotels in Central America" href="http://www.hotelpure.com/" target="_self">hotels in Central America</a> that are GREEN certified, expressing their interests to join the Hotel PURE brands. After visits and evaluating some of these hotels, the Company finds it necessary to introduce a new brand call the Hotel PURE GREEN aimed at accommodating hotels that are GREEN certified or <strong>CERTIFICATION FOR SUSTAINABLE TOURISM</strong> (CST), by the government of Costa Rica and other countries in the region. In order to obtain this certification, the hotel locations will have to pass a list of strict compliance which involves avoid emissions, harmful products and pollution, efficiently handles waste that it produces, uses natural, biodegradable, and recyclable products, has a water and electrical energy conservation program among other protocols that will make the hotels more environmental friendly. CST has also been acknowledged by the <a title="World Tourism Organization" href="http://www.unwto.org/" target="_blank">World Tourism Organization</a> as “<em>one of the programs that is rethinking how tourism is done</em>.”</p>
