International Boutique Hotel Lodging Brand
To Become a Boutique Hotel Lodging Brand Provider servicing small to medium size hotels in Central America, The Caribbean region and the United States under the trade marked name brand: Hotel PURE. Oriens has built all the components such as the Name Brand, Online Reservation / Payment Processing Engine, e-Marketing division, Hotel Management / Operation Division, Interior / Exterior Design Rendering Team, Operation Team, Senior Corporate Management, to successfully become a Hotel Lodging Brand Provider comparable to Hotel Brands such as Holiday Inn, Sheraton and other Hotel Brand Providers.
Oriens charges an initial franchise fee of $40,000 – $80,000 from each hotel upon the completion of the hotel branding contract plus a subsequent monthly royalty payment calculated at no more than 8% of the total gross room sales revenue of the hotels. Oriens’s goal is to expand from 30 hotels in the first year of operation to over 300 hotel properties in 5 years.

In recognizing there is a massive shift of consumers migrating from booking their travel needs with conventional travel agents, to sourcing the information directly and eventually booking travel arrangements on the Internet, Oriens looks to provide a user friendly program for these new breed of consumers. With a comprehensive product range Oriens will cater to this emerging market by providing access to and the ability to book into quality, intimate, independently owned/operated hotel properties globally. These properties might not usually be offered by Expedia, Travelocity Orbitz and other online travel agencies. Currently these online travel sites are primarily focused on marketing the larger name brand hotels such as Marriot, Hilton, Holiday Inn and others. FROL is an online reservation and payment tool, available for all sectors in the tourism industry. FROL’s booking and payment platform is extremely useful to all hotel owners, tour operators, car rental operators, travel agents and transfer or shuttle service companies. Oriens business plan therefore, was developed to provide an efficient and inexpensive on-line reservation and payment system, which would be attractive and affordable, to the small and medium size companies. By creating a user friendly online reservation engine to service these businesses, such as hotels, tour operators, travel agents and other travel related businesses, processing fees would make for entry into a growth market which is underserviced. Oriens is making its FROL booking engine affordable and appealing to the small business market.
