Oriens Opens Luxury Condo Hotel Under its PURE Condo Hotel Brand

In order to provide HRG‘s managed Condo Hotel units the best opportunities to succeed in the Condo Hotel market, HRG has partnered with Hotel PURE International to achieve this task. This partnership instantly provides condo hotel units under HRG’s management, international exposure to vacation travelers looking to vacation in Costa Rica in luxurious Condo Hotel consist of 1 to 3 bed room units with living room space and fully equipped kitchens, unlike a typical hotel room. Hotel PURE provides real time reservation booking systems, GDS distribution, as well as access to more than 600,000 travel agents worldwide.

Following Oriens successful opening of its Hotel PURE Avalon in Erie, PA, the company is in preparation of opening another hotel in Santa Cruz, Ca. Located in the heart of Santa Cruz, the destination location for most California residents, the vacation destination is within a short drive from the San Francisco Bay area. Santa Cruz is notorious for its famous Broadwalk, beautiful beach and a theme park filled with thrilling rides such as roller coaster, arcades and fun-food galore. Oriens‘ business model for Hotel PURE is first, to organize the fragmented small to medium size independently owned hotels in Central America under a unique hotel name brand; Hotel PURE, and eventually expanding to representing hotel properties world wide. Oriens’ eventual goal is to organize these hotels under Hotel PURE, to a point where it is comparable to name brands in North America such as, Best Western, Holiday Inn, Sheraton, comfort Inn and other similar name brands.
