  4. 4. Oriens Management Says:

Brent has an excellent point. This stock has traded nothing but Bids to end each trading day for the last 6 months. Only one day after announcing that Stockbully.com would feature our company, the stock trades 600 times the average daily volume of the last year, and falls to new 52 week lows. Is the stock getting ready for market maker manipulation, or what?

  6. 6. Oriens Management Says:

    Hi Steven,
We think so, especially after Stockbully announced featuring us in their web site, and right after that we have been receiving calls on “friendly” financing. How coincidence is that..??
We have turned down all financing proposal thus far and still working to find out the exact cause of that, this is un-call for, there is absolutely no stocks being sold at these prices at all. Unless a shareholder’s stock account was liquidated unexpectedly due to margin call or something like.

    Hey Stephen,

    What is market maker manipulation?

  8. 8. Brent Budd Says:

    Almost another 500,000 shares today??

  9. 9. Stephen Ponter Says:

    Brent,

It’s something I have learned to deal with over the years getting involved with OTCBB and PinkSheet stocks. Read about it here:

  10. 10. Stephen Ponter Says:

Ken, is there any new information you can share about the timeline anticipated for listing on the OTCBB??

  11. 11. Oriens Management Says:

The reason we are NOT on OTC-BB yet is the cost of being there. The audit fees, especially OTHM with its operations scattered all over North America and Central America, could be as much as $350,000 a year. We rather put that money toward building the business itself until such time sufficient revenue is generated to support such fees. We will be posting the financial of the Company in the next few days at Pinksheets web site to start voluntary disclosing our regular corporate financial reports to our shareholders.

  12. 12. Stephen Ponter Says:

…and that is sound money management at this stage of development. From the sounds of the PR today, you have made your first step towards a profitable balance sheet. Hopefully many more signings will come in the near future, and at that time, the OTCBB will be the next move.

  13. 13. Oriens Management Says:

That will be our game plan. Thank you for your inputs
Most important thing is to put the company into revenue stage, and we have done just that. Like Mr Chua said, “The flood Gate is Officially Opened”

  16. 16. Oriens Management Says:

    Hello Joe,
Since we have an office in Vancouver, BC, the BCSC (British Columbia Security Exchange) has tried to imply that we are a BC company, therefore has informed NASD of suspending our quotation. We are working with our attorney to resolve the situation.
