Two Levels of Hotel PURE franchises are available:
1. Hotel PURE
Our original conceptual design with hotel theme taken directly from Miami South Beach. A modern and trendy design simulates one staying in that region, with ocean breeze simulated by over head ceiling fans, light free-flowing white drapes/blinds and grey tone flooring finish the unique design. Hotel PURE properties are catered toward 2-2.5 stars rating with the overall appearance reflecting 3-4 stars standard. 3-4 star hotel standard rating priced at 2-2.5 star nightly rate, a combination that will undoubtedly enhance your success rate. Number of rooms will be 60 rooms and above with limited service and free breakfast offered in the morning.
2. Hotel PURE express
Due to the overwhelming number of inquiries from the Central America region, Oriens has implemented a secondary level of Hotel PURE properties called the Hotel PURE express. These hotels will not bear the similar design as the original PURE design but rather, will be nicely appointed with emphasis on cleanness, tidiness, exceptional services and most important of all; affordable pricing aiming at the eco-tourism sector. With fewer than 59 rooms, these properties will be a treat for someone looking for a quiet retreat, warm intimate services and a homey atmosphere.
