LAS VEGAS, Nov. 13, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) — Oriens Travel & Hotel Management Corp. (“Oriens”) (Other OTC:OTHM.PK – News) (http://www.orienscorp.com), a Travel and Hotel Management Company, issues updates on 128trip (http://www.128trip.com), its wholly owned online travel booking subsidiary.

Since the deployment of 128trip in August this year, the online travel booking site has advanced over 1000% in world ranking, to the current rank of 217,000 in the world, due to the company’s initial marketing efforts. Number of unique visitors to the web site for its travel products has also increased to approximately 2000 visitors, on a daily basis. World ranking of a web site is directly tied to the number of unique visitors visiting a particular web site, there is no physical way to alter such results since the ranking is conducted by an independent research company; http://www.Alexa.com, a company wholly owned by Amazon.com, aiming at evaluating Internet web site world ranking based upon a web site’s unique traffics. Currently Yahoo, Google and MSN are ranked first, Second and Third respectively by Alexa. Number of bookings booked through 128trip.com, have also increased dramatically by over 500% since August, thus also increasing revenue by over 400%. These visitors visited 128trip.com for its travel products which include Airline ticketing, Car Rental, Cruise Vacations, and over 50,000 Hotel properties around the world. 128trip will continue to work with its China and Costa Rican counter parts to bring more travel related products to the world. 128trip’s goal is to attract more than 10,000 unique visitors daily to its web site within the next 12 months, and becoming the choice of China / Central America travel in the Western World.

Ken Chua, President and CEO of Oriens comments, “With 128trip’s corporate identity and development well on its way, and the emerging potential of Hotel Pure (http://www.HotelPure.com), Orien’s wholly owned subsidiary, both in China and Central/South America, we believe the company has planted a firm foot holding in the Travel & Hotel Management sector, and well on our way to a huge success in the near future. We will continue to explore possibilities in Exotic & Developing countries such as China and Central / South American countries, to launch its Hotel Pure properties targeting the mid/lower end of the accommodation sector.”
